Ralph Chance left a successful 23 year career in retail to pursue a long-time passion of owning and operating his own businesses. After 12 years of running two convenience stores, alongside his wife, Jenny, and buying and selling personal investment properties, Ralph was encouraged by friends and family to enter the real estate industry on a full-time basis. Ralph knows the area and the people in it very well having served on the Pigeon Forge City Commission as mayor for 20 years. His passion is to help people, and he is certainly doing that today as one of the area's top real estate agents. Ralph has brought a wealth of resources and information to the Marty Loveday Team, but more importantly, is his willingness to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Ralph is involved in all areas of the real estate industry. He has had the opportunity to help people in the different fields of real estate such as, lots and land, homes, investment properties, and commercial properties. Ralph is also an auction coordinator for Marty Loveday & Associates Real Estate & Auction and heads up the commercial division for the firm.
